Starting P90X

I just started P90X today.  I don’t have a pull up bar or the resistance bands, but I do have a set of 3 lb weights 🙂  I am feeling pretty sore right now, which I am taking as a good sign. There were some exercises I am not able to do right now because I am so out of shape. I am looking at it only as room for improvement.  Can’t wait to start seeing results and to not feel like I’m going to barf during the videos 🙂  OH. IT. IS. ON!!!!
